Job Description
Dixon Bros., Inc. in Denver Colorado has openings for full and part time professional Class A CDL truck drivers. Products hauled include gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, propane, butane, AC oil and motor oil.
We currently serve locations in the Denver Metro area, Northern Colorado and the Westerm Slope of Colorado. Some hauls go state wide or into Wyoming. Day and night sifts are available. The majority of our work ensures that drivers would be home daily. Rarely do our deliveries require overnight stays. For drivers that would like to stay out several nights per week we have hauls for that as well.
Deliveries may be to bulk plants, military bases, airports or a customers retail location.

- Oil and filter change on company trucks and other vehicles
- Lube drivelines and suspension components

Operations Manager / Safety Assistant

Job Description
Operations Manager
Duties would be to oversee and enhance the daily operations of the corporate headquarters terminal located in Newcastle Wyoming and assist the Safety Director with their duties.
- Provide operational leadership and support to drivers, dispatchers and terminal managers
- Ensure a safe working environment and equipment for drivers, including but not limited to, ensuring drivers are complying with applicable federal, state and local safety laws and regulations.
- Ensure drivers are properly trained and have an adequate understanding of customers and company expectations, policies and practices
- Monitor drivers performance and activities
- Communicate with individual drivers on a regular basis to build morale and be able to assess drivers' capabilities and concerns
- Monitor equipment on a daily basis for needed services or repairs
- Communicate with the Service Manager on scheduled equipment repairs and service
- Additional duties would be the ability to backup the terminal manager and dispatch when needed
- Ability to assist with logistics and bidding and rating customers hauls
- Ability to review and understand Carrier Agreements and Access Agreements
- Operations manager would work with and assist the company owners in the operation of the regional terminals
Have a working knowledge of Safety Regulations pertaining to hauling bulk Hazmat products such as gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, butane and propane.
Class A CDL driving experience.
